Founded In 2015
Fenix Property Group was founded in 2015 and focuses on rehabbing distressed properties purchased from banks, realtors and homeowners. We pride ourselves on the ability to create win, win, win solutions for homeowners, realtors, and investors, all while improving local neighborhoods.
Currently, Fenix operates in Southeastern Pennsylvania with a focus on the burgeoning neighborhoods in Philadelphia. We have worked on over 20 properties alone in the Brewerytown section of North Philadelphia.
Founder, Managing Partner — Aaron A. Jones
Born and raised in Phoenixville, PA, Aaron is a 2012 Cum Laude Graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management.
Aaron started his career in real estate with US Mortgage Resolution, a private mortgage investment fund specializing in the purchase, management, and liquidation of defaulted residential and commercial mortgages nationwide.
In 2015, Aaron helped create Belrose Asset Management, a sister of US Mortgage Resolution, which focuses on the purchase and rehab of distressed properties in the Philadelphia Area. In these positions, he analyzed and managed 100+ million dollars of real estate deals and was responsible for over a million dollars in sales. He has a passion for helping others and improving neighborhoods through quality renovations and builds.
Outside of work, Aaron is an avid Philly sports fanatic and spends his time supporting the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, Sixers and Temple Owls.
Managing Partner — Michael H. Randolph
Mike was born and raised in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. He moved to Philadelphia to begin studying at La Salle University earning a B.S. in Integrated Science, Business, and Technology. After La Salle, Mike went on to graduate from Temple University’s Real Estate Institute and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of PA.
His passion for real estate started in high school when he spent one summer helping renovate and transform a weathered mansion into an apartment building. This lead to several other projects over the next decade where Mike was able to develop his construction and project management skills. These experiences gave Mike the desire to focus his career around the rehabilitation of distressed properties and development of land. Mike takes pride in seeing things done the right way and bringing what was once thriving back to life.
In his free time, Mike enjoys camping, skiing, and anything that gets him outdoors.
